- Product Use: All cosmetic products are sold for personal use only and should be used as directed. Balmor is not liable for misuse or allergic reactions. Always perform a patch test when trying a new product.
- Returns: Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
5. Payments and Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards and other electronic forms of payment.
- Gratuities for spa services are not included in service prices and are at the discretion of the client.
6. Gift Cards and Promotions
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
