After the procedure is finished, the patient will have smoother skin and greater effectiveness from their skin care products because the vellus “peach fuzz” hair on their face will be gone. There is no skin type that dermaplaning can’t be performed on. Facials and chemical peels are just two examples of how it can be used in tandem with other treatments.
