• Advance Booking: We recommend scheduling your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Same-day reservations are subject to availability.
• Payment Details: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Arrival Time

• Early Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  
• Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate subsequent appointments.
  
• Health Considerations: Inform us of any medical conditions or special needs when booking or upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy – Balmor Spa 

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. To ensure the best experience for all of our guests and to respect our team’s time, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
  
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  
• For group bookings or multiple treatments, 48 hours’ notice is required.
